Default License has expired in the future

Hey guys 'n gals,

I have an PT ultimate subscription that should renew in December. Automatically as far as I know.

My account shows me this weird message though:

"Your Software Updates + Support Plan expired on Dec 02, 2019"

See also the attached image.

Is it just me or does this look like time travelling?
Do some of you have a similar thing?

Looks like there was a series of billing errors (multiple failed attempts) back in Dec 2018, so I started a support case for you to get more info and get this resolved.

Thanks Jeffro, there was something wrong in 2018: my Wallet was stolen so my creditcard was replaced. But all is taken care of on that front so this is just a weird remainder of that event.

Do I need to do something, supply details or something?
