11R - no main or headphone output

Stumped. Had been using this for years as my PT interface, was working fine this morning, now nothing. Have disconnected everything except guitar input (working as tuner works) and the xlr main outputs, switched 11R off & on. Checked mute options for both under user options, nothing!

ER Version 2.0.1, Build 0.1.5.7

Any ideas greatly appreciated. Reset?

You checked the mute options, but did you cycle them? If you turn the unit off with Mute engaged, the light isn't always on.

Are we talking no sound in standalone or with PT?

If PT, default your IO.

If nothing else works you can always reset the unit.

Thank you Benoni. The problem had started when connected to PT, hence I tried stand a lone. In the end switched it off and went and did something else for 30 mins and when I return and switch on its decided to start working again, so all reconnected.

What's frustrating is I have no idea what was going on for the next time :-(

I would have went with this........option.

It may have defaulted to the computer as the playback engine.....and that's why your headphones were muted.....
