Help with new I/O settings in LE 8

I am a low-level user of Pro Tools LE Windows 002 & I recently upgraded to v8.0.

I usually record my guitars by connecting an analog Tascam 4-track machine in order to achieve a lo-fi effect. (Guitar to 4-track to Pro Tools 002)
In the past, I would plug the cord into the Pro Tools 002 & select analog 7 input from the I/O menu & record.
However in the new LE v8.0, there is no analog 7 input, just “Input” & “SPIDF”. How do I get back to my old way of recording?

Go to Setup>IO>Input tab and hit the DEFAULT button. Or learn how to setup the IO custom for your work flow. I find it handy to create only the paths I need, and to name them according to what they are(like Motif L&R or Vintech 1, ISA 1, ISA 2, etc).

And if you do customize the paths, you may want to 'Export' settings so that if this happens again you can just Import the settings again without having to rename all your paths.
