Error message

We are trying to resolve some network configuration problems to the external world but on testing internally, when trying to download a delivery the following error message is received in the client software.

"expat: not well-formed (invalid token) at line 1, column 1


Any ideas?

This is now resolved, was either a network issue or software issue that the update has fixed.

Chris Markle here from Aspera... It's good to hear your issue has cleared up but it might happen again. We've seen some issues that result in various "expat" messages having to do with some messed up handling of national language character sets. So for example if a user in the account list has umlats or other "strange" characters in their name, you may see this. If you see it again, contact us at [email protected] and we'll take a closer look at it. We've had trouble reproducing this in a way that allows us to fix it...
