Got new license but PT 12.6 doesn't see it, how do I activate/surrender my old one?

just tried to update to ProTools 12.6 but find the same issue of license not available from my ilok get the following message and no way to contact Avid support as the web/page is down.

Did you look in the Available Licenses area while logged onto iLok?
