Default Surroundsound

Can I do surroundsound on Protools 7.1 i can't seem to find the i/o preset for my 192 hardware

Just create the necessary (multi-channel) audio paths in the “I/O Setup,” and away you go.

as andre says, you creat them in the I/O setup. create a new path and then make it a 5.1 path. and assing things accordingly...

there is a decent section on this in the manual.........

and ......... there is a surround forum as well ..... which tends to focus on post, but some surround .......
