Track Height Shortcut

I like the track height in between small and medium, but the only way I found to get to it is by adjusting the track manually by grabbing the bottom edge of the track listing. Its not in the height menu and Control-arrow skips it. Isn't there a keyboard shortcut for that also? Fact is there is many more track height steps but I cant find a shortcut to them.
