Selling Questions
I know that Avid has changed a lot of their "ownership" rules... currently I have an HDX system, an 888 Audio Interface, and a Time Code box. I'm nearing the end of my professional career and am considering selling them all, either here or on eBay.
But my question is will the new owner run into any issues/problems using these devices with a different PT setup, under a different registration? Really what I'm trying to figure out is what are the Avid roadblocks/speed-bumps to selling Pro-Tools used gear? |

Re: Selling Questions
Ok
so I found this: http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/en_US/FAQ/en363631 Looks easy enough when the time comes.. I'm actually considering keeping the HD license as the renewal rate (for me) is pretty inexpensive. But plenty of time to decide what to do. |
