I currently have PT 11 Bundle on my ILOK 2. I want to upgrade to PT 12. Is there still a long wait to receive the download link? Do I need to surrender PT 11 Bundle first to make the purchase? I do not want to be left without the use of either version waiting for a download link.

You Pro tools 12 is already on your avid account. Just go to "My Products and Subscriptions"

Hi JGlen,

You may purchase the upgrade to Pro tools 12 by visiting the link here.

You need to purchase first the upgrade then activate the upgrade and lastly surrender the PT 11 license to get your PT 12 license.

Hi SDP85,

Unfortunately, your student version of Pro Tools 11 doesn't include a 4 years upgrade. Only Pro tools 11 student version that was purchased and activated after 1/22/2011 to 4/10/2013 includes 4 years upgrade.

I'm trying to help a friend that upgraded to Pro tools 11 in 2014-12-30, but Pro tools 12 is not yet in his account.

I already help him to link the iLok account to his Avid account, and check the "Products not yet downloaded" and nothing there.

I don't have any ASCode to use it to submit a case.

Anyone can help him?
