Hello
I purchased mbox2 with factory bundle last week installed software pro tools Le 8. System is up and running but i cant find the factory bundle. I have registerd the iLok and it shows 4 licences but i cant seem to find the folders or how to open them. I also have not been able to find the built in Virtual instruments such as the grand piano. I have tried to contact Avid support with my ASC code but the website is so confusing I submit the ASC code an I am forwarded to the general homesite.
Can anyone help

You can download the installers for your Factory bundle from this page:

http://secure.digidesign.com/service...&localeCode=en

Scroll down near the bottom, and the one you want says this:

Producer Factory & Mbox 2 Factory v9.0 (Windows) for Pro Tools 7.3-9.0 [22.26 MB]

I don't know about the other issue.
