Default Emergency:If I burn a cd using the XP burner will a Mac TDM system be able to read it

I asked this question a couple of hours ago but nobody has answered it yet, and I need to know by tonight. Thanks for your patience.

Also there is an "extension" (driver) for Mac OS9 that'll allow Macs to read a Joliet Standard CD that most Windows Cd burners use (including XP). Most Mac users sharing with PC users have this installed or available.

good luck !

Thanks Ultralide that's exactly what I needed to know. I went to a friends studio last night and had the crazy file name problem, but now that I know for sure that XP's burner uses Joliet, and I know where to get the app that allows macs to see the file names (thanks to Mjames' link) it should go well today.

You guys could've been like "Do a search you idiot" but instead you provided links and solid advice. Thank You.
