Artist Mix not appearing in EuControl

SOLVED :):):)

SOLUTION: Artist Mix was set to use a Static IP & Not DHCP (on the unit itself). To fix, I turned the unit on while holding <Page + Page> and saw DHCP was set to "no." I simply set it to "DHCP" and the Artist Mix showed up in EuControl.

Just got an Artist Mix and I've read through the entirety of the User Guide and all relevant troubleshooting on Avid's support page. I've done a search on here and have tried all troubleshooting previously mentioned EXCEPT installing an earlier version of EuControl:

Mac Pro (Late 2010), 2x2.4 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon
OSX 10.9.3
Pro Tools 11.3.0
Pro Tools version
16 GB Ram

Avid Artist Mix
EuControl 3.4
- Artist Mix is connected directly to Ethernet Port 1 with the supplied Crossover Cat5e cable.
- Eucon Preferences has Network Interface set to Ethernet 1
- Using Wifi for Internet - I set the Service Order so WIFI is at top of list

Artist mix unit powers up and functions 100% in test mode (vegas mode) when not connected.

ISSUE: For some reason, the Artist Mix is not showing up automatically in EuControl when I power it on. (The displays show the yellow "Avid" across the unit, appears to be powering up fine and connected).

- I've tried resetting PRAM
- I've tried trashing EuControl preferences and restarting
- I've tried restarting about 15 times now w/ various changes

This being my first Artist Series controller, I suspect I may be missing something crucial...Or it's just this hard to get working. I hope it's the former. Please God let it be the former.
