So in the end I got **** all from the support people. The final email which I never replied to was "please create a case from your Digidesign account" - which if anyone had ever even bothered to read the emails I don't have and wanted help on creating a support case when not having an ASC because I never received any.

In the end, the solution was to rebuild my workstation (three times), so clearly this was something peculiar about my setup here.

Studio Monitor is broken because of changes to Mac OS. We are trying to work with them on fixing this, but have no direct influence on solving the issue.

Hi I am having the very same issue, Logic X crashes upon startup of EuCon and I can't get into it at all.

My ASC will not work, it simply wont submit the support ticket, it keeps taking me to a VisualForce error page. I've been trying all day to get one through and still not been able to.

Did you ever manage to resolve this issue at all with the Logic crashes?

I feel very frustrated at the whole situation, I have paid alot for this product, under the impression, as from the promotional material that it integrates 'seamlessly' with Logic. And now I cant even issue a support ticket!
