Pro Tools could not initialize playback device......
I just got this message.
I have read previous threads about it.....but where my situation is different is I have been using the software and device (002) flawlessly for the past 7 hours today. PT crashed as it expectedly does at least once a day. After restarting mac pt will not boot and gives me this message. Absolutely nothing that I am in control of changed in any way.... What the heck is going on????? I am currently uninstalling/Re-installing Pro tools......hopefully that fixes the problem. Anybody have any advice, I would greatly appreciate it.

Well I dont understand why, but My uninstall/re-install has put me back on the clock again.
If it happens again, then I will care why.......

Ok....it happened again......
I have been running PT 9.0.2 for the past 2 months on this machine with no problems. Why today have I had this issue twice now!!!??? Anybody have any ideas? I am no uninstall/re-installing yet again.....
