Default c24/no sound from Alt monitors

I am new to this website. Having problems with c24/ no sound from alt monitors. Worked perfectly fine night before, next day no sound. Using 1/4 monitor alt out to jbl 4328. Tried jbl's with other sound source and work fine. I noticed alt mon button won't stay on. If I hold down for two seconds-alt mon trim comes on. Also when I turn control room alt mon volume knob--I get "control room no cal"?Please help

Everything is working fine now, here is the help I got from digi support: #4 fixed the problem.

Hi John,

an engineer here, who wants a little more information in these areas:

monitor switch, or does it stay constant? Is the distorted audio loud
or quiet? Does it's volume change when you turn the Control Room rotary
encoder? Is the distorted audio the same in the L and R speakers?

Cal". If you then press the alt monitor switch and then turn the
control room knob, do you get the same No Cal display? Try pressing the
Alt Monitor switch a few times and turning the Control Room encoder and
see if it always displays No Cal.

System> Reset User Prefs, Reset Analog Routes, Reset Monitor Gains.
Then hit OK and see if it resolved the problem.

is in a desk that has no breathing room behind the control or below the
console, heat could be an issue. Also, please describe how the board is
powered... Is it going into a UPC?

sent back to us. There was a simple short on the submixer pcb, which
was causing a problem with the whole system booting...
