Default mapping superior drummer to drums

Hi Everyone.
I need help mapping my simmons drum pad to superior drummer
I loaded superior drummer and selected each drum sound ex. kick, snare
i clicked on the learn button then i strike the appropiate pad on the drum set superior recognizes the pad, the problem is when im done mapping the last pad and i go to play the drums the sound of the last pad will be heard on either a cymbal or a tom that i previously mapped.
you're help is greatly appreciated.
I am doing this on a G5 Mac in pro tools 7.4.
in advance thanks for your help
