ilok error msgs

I have recently installed pt 12.3.1, and now my ilok has stopped working so I now have nothing , I have tried ilok support, I have a ticket with them and waiting on emails .... the ilok driver wont instal or any of the ilok come to that, jus comes up with error msgs, anyone know anything about this ?...help ??
