I would need more information to fully understand what you are seeing, but this sounds like you need to update the firmware on your SYNC I/O. Pro Tools 8.0 requires firmware version 1.2.1 for the SYNC I/O and 2.2.1 for the SYNC HD.

The Firmware update for SYNC I/O works fine ! but when I am trying to update SYNC HD doesn't work . I will try again

Are you choosing the card that the SYNC HD is connected to? The default is an Accel card (on a 2 card system), and if your SYNC HD is connected to the Core card, you will need to manually select it. This has burned me more than once. I wish Digidesign would fix this already.
