Default Won\'t convert after bounce

For the first time in 3 years I am experiencing a problem with PT. I've bounced many files so far and I'm in the middle of a show consisting of 31 songs. I'm about half way through the show and all of a sudden for the first time it is not finishing the bounce process. Doing it the way I always have. Stereo interleaved, 16 bit, convert after bounce. Plays through the song and then it never converts. Any help would be appreciated! This can be very bad.....

PT 6.9 LE
Digi 002R
Command 8
Windows XP
P4 3 Ghz
1024 mb ram

A couple things to try. Make sure your buffer is set to 1024. Try a bounce to a different location or disk. Back up everything on your audio drive (just in case this is a sign of impending failure). Instead of a bounce, buss the mix to a new stereo track>record it>export the new track as your final.

I was getting a similar error this past weekend. I just updated to an 003R and PTLE 7.3.1

I bounced out about 10 songs without issue, but on the last tune, it would give me an error when it would get to the point of converting. Buffer was most likely set at 512.

I quit, restarted, and still got the same error. I then reselected my i/o points to export and then it worked fine. Not sure if it's some glitch with where I selected or if it's just a random occurence.

I'll see if I can recreate it again tonight and get a screenshot of the error message.

Bussed mix to new stereo track , inactivated all of the tracks except that stereo track and it bounced fine. Finished mixing and bouncing another song since then and it went with no prob. I wish we knew why these things happen so we can fix them. Ok , thanks for the help!
