Thanks Chuck,
that's what I love the DUC for: good information. We're in a transition period. It will take some time to get every problem sorted that may come alive when uprgrading to PT 11.
I will set up a HD Native system to try the new features and check if it can substitute my HD system in a few months. I guess it's time to give it a try...

Best

Mark

Thanks ChuckS.
I was able to fix it, but now I have a different problem regarding Reason 7 and PT 11.
Can make them work together. Either Reason quits unexpectedly or the don't run together.
Thanks for the help.

I also just updated to Pro Tools 11 and rewire has disappeared. Trying to use with Waves Autotune. Tried everything I could think of. Downloaded Rewire from propellerhead and no results. It was there in my PT 9. Where or where has my rewire gone???

You have to delete the file called installedplugins that you will find into pref avid... dont remember if it is in user or main pref folder, and dont remember the exact location of this file, i'm now away from my studio. This is a very boring issue that came up since pt11. I have put an alias of the folder where this file is located in on my desktop and every time i delete this file before lunching pt11. It takes some time because pt has to rescan all plugins that you have installed, but it is the only way for having rewire app running along with pt11, at least on my sys

Anybody know if this is the same solution that will work with PT 10? I am having the same issue, Rewire just disappeared. I normally use Ableton Live for the drum machine, now I can't, extremely inconvenient....would like to avoid paying for yet another PT upgrade, wondering if anyone knows a work around for PT 10 and Rewire?
