Default Objects Jumping Out From Under Cursor

e.g. In the edit window, I click on a clip gain fader and the pop up fader jumps to the side as the whole edit screen shifts left. Or, I try to select a track by clicking on the track name and the screen scrolls down 8 tracks and selects the track that's now under my cursor.

This is quite annoying and has even caused me to delete some tracks inadvertently! I'm using the Apple bluetooth mouse and have not had any problems like this until after I installed Eucon and the Control App.

This behavior does not seem to exhibit itself with Eucon disabled.

Is anyone else experiencing this?
