Default New computer setup help !

My computer died, have to replace it.

I run protools HD2 accel 8 on PCIx ports

the only model of MB and CPU I've found compatible at the shop is

ASUS H81M D plus and Intel PENTIUM G3220 3GHZ

Up till now I was running an AMD athlon on winXP with no problem, should I worry about annything?

Big thatnks to anybody willing to shed some light.

Ciao!
