Help mapping plugin controls to faders

Hi, I have a mix coming up and I need to know if I can map the faders from the DNS one plugin to physical faders on the console like on custom faders on Icons.
If yes, how?

• On the MC Pro -standalone- that's not possible, though you can control your plugin(s) from the 8 rotaries.

• On S5-MC there's the flip function which flips the faders to 1 of the 8 rotaries, so maybe you can flip your faders to the S5-MC's rotary which is assigned to the fader in your plugin?

• I think on a normal S5 it's -again- not possible

• On a S5Fusion: theoretically it would have the same options as a S5-MC, only I don't know if the hybrid-intarface on a S5Fusion has a flip-button.....
