I would image that once you have purchased the license the software will be delivered through your Avid Application Manager in PT12, i dont know about PT11 though as the system requirements does say it PT11 compatible which doesnt have the App Manager (unless they will make this a separate thing for 11 now).

I see a 12.1 in my downloads on the website, haven't checked the application manager yet. I signed up for my $199 upgrade a week ago, which included Eleven which I already owned, so I'm hoping I get the upgrade.

I downloaded 12.1, but I don't see any difference. There is however now an Eleven Lite plugin instead of Free.
