ASIO Digidesign Driver not responding

Hi everyone,

I'm posting in this forum to see if anyone can help me. I'm using my Mbox 2 Mini as the interface for Record Open Beta from PropellerHeads, I have posted in their forum as well, so I hope you can forgive me for this intrusion, hehehe.

My Digi ASIO Driver is not responding when I select it in Preferences; Audio, ASIO Digidesign Driver. It just won't accept my selection, I've checked everything that I can think of in Device Manager, Audio configurations, namely all the playback, recording and sound device drivers, they are all 'working properly', so I'm just about to pull my hair out, what I've got left!

I would like to know if anyone else has experienced this problem and if they found a solution.

Joe, your signature indicates that you are using a mac. Are you trying to do this under Boot Camp?
Which version of Windows?

Hi spkguitar, thank you for the quick reply. I did a little digging after posting my query on the forum, silly eh wrong way round, and I found your post and was able to fix it with your reply to this post.

At the moment I'm a running ppc mac as well as vista laptop, also I'm trying out 'record open beta' from propellerheads on my laptop using my MBox 2 Mini.

My mac won't be able to run the Record software, so, I need an Intel mac which I can't afford right now, so vista wins at the moment.
