Default That pesky NIMBUS upgrade

First of all, a hearty thanks to all of you who've added NIMBUS to your kit.

There are still a few who are doubtless wondering why you've received no response to your application. We've tried responding in a number of ways, but have run into a problem with Paypal invoicing. Normally this is a very smooth process, but Paypal has had a global problem with invoice delivery. They're very vague about what's going on, but they do admit to a problem. There is currently no timetable (at least for merchants) about when this gets fixed.

What's happened is that we created and sent the invoices and they are supposed to be mailed to you by Paypal. The invoices are created and from our end everything appears just fine. The problem is that Paypal often never actually sends the invoices to you. Sometimes they're in your Paypal accounts and you haven't been notified. Sometimes they seem to have vanished into thin air. The biggest problem domains have been me.com, mac.com, iCloud.com and gmx domains in Germany and Austria.

Those outstanding invoices have been re-issued at least once. On several occasions we've actually copied the payment URL from those invoices and sent them directly to customers. Those URLs sometimes worked, but were often broken. This indicates some serious problems at Paypal and couldn't have come at a worse time. It does appear that a few are getting through every day, but we're not sure what else we can do.
