Chris -

Just looked at your logs - you have tons of incompatible plug-ins installed and definitely some that are known to be crash-prone. The logs almost certainly point to plug-ins being the culprit. Here's an example from the log:

Quote:
241396629,0207,0e0f: SMgr_PlugInInst::SetLiveSettings - error setting plugin chunk in plugin "VST UAD EMT 250" - err=-7157
Here's a list of a few of the plug-ins that are incompatible or need updates:

Akoustik Piano - use the new Kontact Player 4.1 or higher
BFD (full version) - looks like you have 1.5.x - you need 2.1.0 or higher
bx_Control - you need 2.0.1 or higher
bx_digital - looks like you have both v1.x and 2.x installed. Remove the 1.x versions
bx_dynEQ - you need 1.2 or higher

And so on. I'd go through the entire list, but I'm swamped at the moment.

The plug-in compatibility grid is available here:

http://avid.custkb.com/avid/app/self...p?DocId=343311

Compare your installed versions to the version listed in the far left column - if you don't have the minimum version listed, update it. If it's not on the list, remove it temporarily for testing and/or check with the manufacturer regarding compatibility.

Make sure to trash preferences any time you change the plug-ins installed, so that all plug-in data can be recached.
