Default Pro Tools 10 License not in Account

I am trying to upgrade from PT 10 to PT 12. Unfortunately my PT 10 is not showing in my Avid Account. I know I registered it when I bought it (years ago) as I still have the email I got after registering. Any ideas on how to get it to show up? I kinda don't want to have to buy an ASC to contact support to fix my account so I can then give them more money to upgrade.

Welcome to the community.

The Pro Tools 12 Upgrade will check your iLok account for the license, and I confirmed that is present.

Oh awesome, my mistake, I didn't realize I could purchase the upgrade without PT 10 in my Avid Master Account, but I guess the iLok is the important thing. Thanks.
