Default MADI Mytek issues.

Hello all, new here. Handed a strange issue here at new job. We are running PT11HD on a MAC Mini, thunderbolt out to an Avid MADI unit, coax running about 25' to a Mytek 8x192 convertor. Mytek 1 is then using the DIO cards to link to 3 other 8x192's. All are being clocked by an Antelope autochrome at 88.2K. Here's the weird. PT outs 1 and 2 show up on Mytek 1, PT outs 3 and 4 on Mytek 2, does this up to input 12 on MYtek. PT output 32 then feeds Mytek channels 13 thru 24. Been thru MADI unit with Avid guy, Myteks with Mytek guy...cleaned and swapped coax's... nothing works. Any ideas? Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Thanks,Mario
