one S6 Fader stays up at +12

Hello,

the 8th fader of one fader module stays up at +12.
When I move it down with my finger it moves up to +12 again instantly.

When I shut down S6 that fader stays in -12 position,

On the master module display I got a warning that the fader is in failsafe mode.

I tried to reboot the module and calibrated the faders of that module in settings. But that didn't help.

During calibration that fader acts like expected. When calibration is finished, it moves back to +12 while all other move to -∞

Does anybody know that issue and has an idea how to fix that?

Have you tried to re-push firmware? What version of console software do you have currently?

If none of that has an appreciable effect, you would need to setup a repair for the Fader Module:
