how to update my ilock, from 12.2 to 12.6 ?
Hi, i have downloaded and installed 12.6 version from the 12.2 because my licence allows me to do it, but cant not run protools because says that have a newer version than in my ilock licence, please, what have i to do in the i-lock to run the 12.6 version ???? i'm in a big trouble

Call your favorite Avid Reseller and ask for "reinstatement" (of support and update plan) code that is more expensive than "renewal" code

So, if i have a perpetual licence and in 2016 was running when 12.6 was released so i had in my account, when i do the upgrade to this 12.6 i have to pay for a support plan to use it ?? is that correct ??

Como actualizar ilock al pasar de 12.2 a 12.6, socorro!!!!
hola, acabo de instalar de mi cuenta de avid la versión 12.6 pero me dice que no puede abrir el programa porque en mi ilock tengo una versión inferior, no se que proceso seguir para actualitzar también mi ilock a la 12.6 ?? me pueden ayudar por favor ???

Hola Dani !
Para poder tener updates necesitas tener el plan de updates al dia. Cosa que hoy en dia no se puede renovar. Tienes 3 opciones. 1. Una.licencia nueva 2. Cambiar a subscripciòn 3. Probar en el link que te voy a dejar abajoa ver si puedes conseguir ahi la versión de.PT que te corre. https://avid.secure.force.com/pkb/ar...nload/en355241 Nos dejas saber !

Hola, para usar protools tengo que hacerlo con la version de origen en mi cuenta, la 12.2.1 y usar el yosemite
si quiero usar el nuevo sistema operativo sierra me pide que antes instale la version que le va bien que es la 12.6, asi que lo hice, pero no me corre por lo de la ilock asi que la unica opcion si tener que comprar licencia es volver a yosemite y la version 12.2 , es asi ?

Go to iLok License Manager and see what is RELEASE LIMIT date of your license. Any PT version released after that date will not launch
