Default No virtual instruments showing up after installation

Hello:
Intel quad core processor
32 MB RAM
Windows 7 - 64 bit
Dedicated graphics card
Motu 828MK3 interface

I just installed Protools 11 software(Box) only to discover that none of the included virtual instruments like expand 2 etc are showing up under the instrument tab. All I see there is click11 plugin. Anyone else encountered this problem?
Any ideas from anyone on what could have gone wrong?
Everything else appears to be working so far.
Should I uninstall and re-install software?

Once you’ve activated and installed Pro Tools, head over to the “Your Products” section in your Avid account to download and install the AIR Creative Collection.

Make sure you download the right version and don't forget to download the latest version of PT as whatever is/was on the dvd is NOT the latest version.
