Is video trimming still HD only?

Would it be safe to say that ANY PTHD features are and will remain HD only features!?
I would hope one day that is not the case but I doubt we will see that

So, to clarify, as PT11 advertises it can handle and edit video, the editing features do not work in PT11, only PT11HD?
