XR18 as an Interface?

Please help I am pulling out my hair!
I have a MAC Mini
Running PT11
A Behringer XR18 as an interface

I am looking for some one that has done this

I was able to record but can not hear it while recording and play back is not coming through the main out to Monitors

Has any one done this with its gear?
