Can you go to a cmd window and type ipconfig and show me the results?

I dont see much wrong, expect those DNS server addresses seem strange...These are usually on the internet not local addresses.

Can you go to the old Windows Control Panel and screen grab the EUCON settings in it. Whats the network set to and is External Workstations selected (should be off).

 Network Interface select Use all interfaces... and External Workstations off. I change network interface
