Elastic Audio Issues (I'm new so redirect me if I'm in the wrong area)

So I have Pro Tools 12 and I'm trying to use Elastic Audio but it says its not installed, but I checked my pro tools installation folder and it's clearly there. I literally cannot find anything online about it and would love if someone assisted me with my issue here thanks!
