Default Question about PCIe slots

So here I am thinking about going to HD/Native, and it occurred to me that I better see what slots I have available in my computer. I only have a full length PCIe slot open(x16?). Now I DO have a graphics cards with the short(x1 is it?) PCIe config sitting in a full length slot and it works fine, so the question is; will the HDN card work in a full-length slot??

That's great news but begs another question. How do IRQ assignments enter into this(or do they)? Just wondering if I will have conflicts with most slots filled as follows
slot 1(x1 PCIe slot)=UAD quad card
slot 2(full-length slot)=graphics card 1
slot 3(full-length slot)=graphics card 2
slot 4(full-length slot)=HDN card(planned anyway)
slot 5 PCI=empty
slot 6(full length PCIe)=empty

No IRQ issues here - my signature details our config

Well, I pulled the trigger today and ordered HDN with an 8x8x8, and I already have a 192(also 8x8x8) and some lightpipe preamps that will connect via digital. I am aware of the Loop Sync setup(already have the BNC cables) but am wondering about the lightpipe units and clocking. 2 will be connected in both directions, so they should(in theory) be able to clock to External(the in-coming ADAT stream). Can I clock the last box(Focusrite ISA-428 w/digital card) by sending wordclock from the HD IO to the ISA-428?
