What is the most recent version of Structure?

Hi I've recently installed Structure from the factory disk and got Version 1.0.5154

I'm just checking for any available updates and can only find the 1.0.1 updater?

I'm guessing my v1.0.5 is in fact newer - but why is not available for download?

Mine's 1.0.1.5316

Check your version again....I think they would have announced a 1.0.5 upgrade....the structure downloads page shows a 1.0.1 update from 1.0

My plugin version is definitely 1.0.5154, date created: 21 June 2007 (so that's before the 1.0.1 update was released)


So is 1.0.1.5316 a higher number than 1.0.5154? No. Maybe. who knows?....it's all pretty confusing!


(and you wouldn't know that 1.0.1 was actually 1.0.1.5316 untill you'd installed it!!!)

Nope.
On Mac: Library/Application Support/Digidesign/Plugins/Structure (Do a 'Get Info' on it)

On Windows: you'd right click on the actual plugin and choose 'properties'

Having said all that though, the version info is displayed in the top right of the Structure plugin window when you launch it in Pro Tools!


I'm beginning to think now that 1.0.5154 is actually version v1.0, and 1.0.1.5316 is v1.0.1 (makes sense, if you disregard the four digit number at the end)

But really, this version numbering system that Digi are using for the VI's is just too damn confusing...

Yeah...it seems the version # from the plug-in itself and the support utility are slightly different....the utility seems to have a more detailed #. I don't know if the utility is available on mac...but I've found it real usefull, as ALL the version #'s for everything are listed on one page. Check it out.
