s ata and pro tools dtm

hello every body i have a tdm systeme with 1D24 ans 2 dsp farm (one dsp farm is out) i think.

when i turn on my computer with my fisrt disk is good but il i strat with my fist disk and my s ata disk protools say erreur dae-6004

PT don' run with s ata or it's my systeme?

PT works fine on SATA disks.

Have you tried the troubleshooting tips?

no I havent see this page i have a lot of work for this night?
in first i think it's protools 6.4.1 and its 6.1.1 for one d24 tdm
i continue to search on a web but it's so difficulte all info it's for hd.
