Default moving a sessions from PTLE (pc) to mix plus (mac)

Hello nice duc people.

I have been given the opportunity to re-mix and master on a mix plus system. Here is my problem; I am running a 001 with a pc (ptle 5.0.1) ... and need to know how to convert sessions so they work on a mac based mix plus system. I believe the mix plus is running the latest os and pt 6.

I hope this all makes sense, as I am a bit of a novice!

Thanks in advance

Paul.

In the File menu select Save Session Copy In... and check the Mac/PC compatible checkbox.

This is an FAQ BTW - a search will garner you many previous responses to your question.

When searching make sure you set the right boolean operator.. it defaults to 'phrase'.. set it to 'and'.

BTW for Mac/PC compatibility you'll need Pro Tools 5.1 or later.
