plug in help needed badly, very badly

Hi,

I cant get pro tools to recognize my m-audio key rig software as a plug in.

i have mbox and pro tools 6.4 on a mac osx 10.3, g4.
ive tried configuring midi in the AMS.
ive tried everything i can think of.

can anyone help?

any help/suggestion is greatly appreciated. ive spent 2 days trying to figure this out.
