Default Headphone jack 002 wires

My headphone jack is ripped out and the wire are hanging out . One green, one red, one yellow. i just want to know to which points do I re solder it, seems like a simple question but the internet has ****ed me over again. Here are some pictures....;

One wire is signal ground, one is left channel, one right. Ground should be clear by following the circuit. Left and Right clear by testing with a headphone and the balance cranked hard left/right.

Right is commonly red, green left. But check, don't rely on that.

A stereo phono jack information is all over the Web, ground is sleeve, right ring, tip left. If you remember R=ring=right, all the rest is obvious.

You could just scrap the jack and feed the monitor outputs on the back to a decent headphone amp.
