PT Ultimate: Auto Renewal Receipt?
I never received a receipt for my $399 renewal that happened yesterday. It showed up in my credit card and my iLok was properly updated. Nothing shows up under "Order History" in my Avid account either.
Any ideas? I need a receipt for my taxes. Thanks!

If it's not listed in your Order History then please submit a request via the NEED HELP button on the right of shop.avid.com.

Thanks Jeffro. I had to submit a ticket to get an invoice. FYI, they told me that auto-renewals will not generate a receipt or order number. They might want to change that...
