Default Anyone using the Euphonix controller yet?

I've seen the specs for the Euphonix MC Control and it looks like a Pretty Good Thing. However, no dealers near me have it and it's a bit expensive to take a chance on. Anybody using one yet?

Until Digidesign stops being so damn stubborn and allow others to use their control protocol (or embrace Eucon), no third party controller will ever be as good on Pro Tools as even a command 8. HUI is simply not good enough.
By all accounts (well, most), the MC control is still a bit buggy and not really worth the money if it's only used for Pro Tools.

I saw the MC and other Euphonix consoles at NAB controlling Pro Tools and it seemed to work great.

I just can't remember how many times I posted a request here, that Digi should build a editor-oriented control surface with many switches and knobs around keyboard, with it's own labeling system and everything really hard-wired with any function or command in PT (even series of commands)...
Many music producers and post-editors could use it...
It's just a little piece of gear and a couple of scripts...

Did you actually use it, budster, or was it being demoed?
