I have the Pro Tools HD 11 Bundle which includes 10, 11, HD 10, HD 11. In the Avid account, I have the installers for everything but I do not see an installer for HD 10.

Should be the same installer for all versions, just the iLok auth will be different and unlock the HD side of PT if thats what you paid for.
