Default Protools HD product missing from Avid account

Avid's website was updated recently and I noticed yesterday that one of my PT HD Licenses has disappeared in the "My Products and Subsciptions" Link.

It is still there in my iLok Account so is this anything to worry about and if so who should I contact.

Thanks

Hi

You should start a support case from your Avid account (Access The Support Center in my.avid.com) and describe what happened.
