Mbox3 Pro AND Mbox3 2ch drivers?

Hi!
I've got a Mac laptop running OSX 10.8.5 with PT10 and an Mbox3 Pro. It runs flawlessly and I don't want to screw things up.
For another, older iMac, (OSX 10.6.8) I just bought a used 2-channel Mbox3 with PT LE 8.04 and installed it. Everything seems to be working fine, except that there is no content for some of the AIR Virtual Instrument plug-ins, especially the Mini Grand.
I have all that content in my existing PT10 system; can I download it again from AVID into the other (PT8) computer? Or maybe transfer it from one computer to the other somehow?

Secondly, the new 2-ch Mbox is not working at all with my original PT10 system, I think because there is no driver installed except for Mbox Pro driver, (the Pro is turned off.) Will it screw anything up to download and install the 2-ch Mbox driver from AVID? I understand I can't use them both at the same time. (ALTHOUGH, I was wondering if I could go SPDIF to SPDIF some how?)

Anyways, sorry if this is unclear. And thanks for sharing your expertise!

Having multiple drivers should not be an issue.
