Lost Authorization PT10 on CrossGrade

hi folks




so just want to know if i pooched myself???




Bought a newer Laptop and installed Mojave on it and installed PT12 onto it.




My Imac had PT10.. loaded up with plugs etc.. and was going to use this still as my main unit ( didnt want to have to try an replace all the plugs $$$$)




I did a crossgrade to authorize my new Pt12... in doing so.. My Pt10 authorization is now gone...!!!



Do i have to get a new key for my Pt10???

What does your iLok License manager tell you about your license?

By the way, PT 12 is not supported on Mojave. Compatibility info here.

In addition to the above exactly what did you do to get PT12? Did you get a reinstatement plan perpetual license for $299? If so I believe that's the only one that has a combo license of PT 10/11/12/2019. If you did anything else you only get a license for PT 2019.

thanx for the reply.. My PT10 vers has completely disappeared to be replaced by "PT Subscription"


.. and yes.. i know 12 is supported on Mohave... but it also wasnt working at all in Catalina

That's why you don't have PT10 any more. Should have paid the $299 reinstatement and you would still have your PT10 license asset. PT12 is NOT supported on Mojave; the last supported OSX is High Sierra.
