iLok not seeing any licenses [SOLVED]
Hello group! The is my first post so here goes...
I have an iLok that my brother gave me as part of his Eleven Rack he bought. He tried it out and never got PT installed and doesn't use PT so he gave it to me. He says he thought it was PT version 10 that he was trying to install. I'm trying to get it to work and see what license I have on it and what version of PT I can register. When I try and install PT 12, it says that I don't have any licenses in the account. Why is that? Is there a way I can see if there is something I missed? It also says no licenses in Ilok License Manager. |

I was able to fix it by removing the device from the account then re-adding it. Then it worked!!!
