Ah yeah I've just seen it, but it's under "Pro Tools plug-ins" rather than "additional content". Which doesn't make much sense.
Okay, here's another one: why can't they just bundle up all the stuff into one download instead of having to download and install each one separately? Such a laborious waste of time.

Eleven MK II shows the same behavior in AM.
The Plugin works fine though.

Thanks Goobs, yes that's my experience to-date on 2018.1 as well...
Apologies for somewhat of a duplication on this one then, I wasn't aware of the post in the 2018.1 section. Hopefully it gets resolved soon.

Application Manager not installing Xpand ll 2018.1
Title says it all,when i do the whole installation through A M it installs everything but xpand ll still have the insall sign in aplication manager.

It will install from the Avid website if downloaded directly from your Products page

For whatever it's worth, I just now re-downloaded the 2018.1 version of the Application Manager, uninstalled the 2018.1 version I had, then reinstalled the new download, and lo and behold, the issue seems to be resolved.

They seem have already to fix this problem now. Today i opened the avid apps manager the problem has gone and signed with no update. No more never ending install :)

So, I’ve got the full AIR bundle thta used to be the Pro Tools Instrument Expansion Pack, although it must be a few versions behind current (before AIR introduced VST/AU versions) as, let’s face it, nobody really knows how to update this?! :)
Consequently, I’ve been ignoring AVID updates to the AIR instruments - should I install this version of XPAND2?
